Joy of Marathon + MRI Experience + Customer Service

My first marathon run brought a lot of change in me, now more focused on my physical fitness…yea I know the fat is still a problem.  The experience and pain of running marathon lead to cure my prolong ankle injury…its been 13 years since I met with an accident and never realized I still carry it.

Finally getting it treated, personally for self I am meeting a doc after 5 years, a lot has change.  The entire check lead to a MRI test…damn that was scary. That machine is huge and you are literally send inside it and stay for good 30-45 min, I was scared. Hope no one goes through it, wasn’t painful but the gizmos around made me made feel like what the hell I m going through.

So far so good, but now here comes the customer service experience, been in this industry for 8 years now and I question everything. I was disappointed with the level of service and accuracy being offered by a top notch hospital. The customer inside me took it head on, escalated it to duty manager….told me everything and also suggested how you can improve. I was offered the option of giving written feedback but just avoided it, gave them an opportunity to improve.

Experience ended on high note, two physiotherapists were nice. Good to speak and be friend with, they were eager to listen and make me understand. Not sure if the management is aware of it, but just because of those two physiotherapists, I am paying more when compared to a local physiotherapists but customer service matters. I have lived it!!

Leader Who?? Not you sir MMS

I am not qualified enough to question a person like our PM MMS but do have an observation on what leadership is all about.  Series of scams and frauds under your leadership and so far you have not made one strong statement.

Nobody is saying, all of those people are guilty, the rule of law has to decide that and definably, no one is fraud or criminal until proven.  What is appalling us, is the silence from you. As a leader you must speak up and clear the doubts, we are not asking to punish everyone but we need a sense of action of that you are acting.  The onus lies on you, you are the leader.

When the team is in crisis, leaders flung into action and become the face of the team and not hide citing reasons unknown and we all know that leader cant resolve the problem immediately , but it does assures that someone is listening and acting.

You can’t be a leader unless you don’t have followers and that’s happening with you sir.   I dare not question your credibility, that’s beyond the word “truth but sorry sir you are not a leader. 

And now that you have spoken, we only hear whispers.

Remember a nation billion is watching you, if you cant be leader at least act like one!

Whose God Whose Belief?

End of day we all are yearning to live a happy life with more money more power and more prosperity…god never gives you anything…. you earn it, and then you fight over something so silly.

You fight and rich becomes richer, poor becomes poorer and objective of power hungry people is achieved. Is that your fighting for???

God is mere spectator and just having fun, working as mere spectator and laughing on us. Oh Mankind! I made you to have fun and you are making mockery of your self.  You believe in something and you make mockery of others believe…end of the day a mockery is being made either mine or yours.

Life is too precious to make mockery or question others believe. What you must believe is yourself, nothing else matters.

Your god is within yourself, worship yourself…..respect yourself….god will be happy!!

Naughty Kalmadi and his Naughtier Patriarchs

Collected from different sources just out of curiosity. Read and understand the fact, he is just puppet and gov. cant get away with it.  He has nourished/flourished by the existing govt, this disaster was in making from couple of years.

Suresh Kalmadi is an Indian politician and senior sports administrator. He is a member of the Indian National Congress political party. He is the president of the Indian Olympic Association, Asian Athletics Association, and Athletics Federation of India.

In 1977, Kalmadi became the president of the Indian Youth Congress, Pune, and what was the president of the Indian Youth Congress, Maharashtra, from 1978-1980. He was a member of the Rajya Sabha for three terms from 1982 to 1995, and again in 1998. He was also elected to the 11th Lok Sabha in 1996, and to the 14th Lok Sabha in 2004. Presently, he is the sitting MP from Pune.

He is the President of the Indian Olympic Association and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of forthcoming Commonwealth Games Kalmadi was elected president of the Indian Olympics Association for the fourth time.

Why I Love CWG ???

Disclaimer:I am no where related with any OC Member or Mr. Kalmadi and if you are a english laureate, get rid of knowledge and then proceed.

From last six months, have been thinking whether I should support CWG or not..not that it makes a difference to anyone but still moving ahead and supporting it a in a big way. The support is merely based on selfish reason and somewhere love for the game and sportsman, I am equally disappointed/frustrated with Mr. Kalmadi and Gang along with GOV of Delhi.  For me, the great modernized landscapes..broader roads, green pavements... flourishing lights have been the attraction and i just love them. I cant guarantee this for entire Delhi is but its for sure in East Delhi. May be people who took a walk on times square think its nothing but for a common man its a lot!!

Why so buzz over money being wasted..at least we can see some piece/evidences of where exactly its being wasted and not like some bofors/fodder scam wherein we couldn't see what that money could mean. OC is agreed, bunch of liars and thief ( I have no evidence)  but who's NOT.

The money is already wasted, so why not enjoy. Can we take it back ??.. no,  if we stop here there is no recovery of money. Look at Mayawati's Park in Noida, 100 Cr wasted and its no where..let the damn thing get completed at least we have something in complete structure.

I would be the to first raise the voice once its over, the way it has been managed. For now come and play...for some sportsmanship, people who have really worked hard. Why blame CWG for traffic mess, we all knew..its requirement from CWG fed. They a need a dedicated lane during games, we were aware of this but we never raised voice and nonetheless CWG is not the only culprit of traffic jams,  may be 5% contribution. We have voted the same govt and these issue were always there, don't blame CWG for this.

The debacle would not be remembered in history  as individuals failure (Kalamadi,Sheila/Jaipal) but India's failure...we still recall the last minute preparations of Athens olympics, the blame is not put in on individuals..we still say Greece overall failed.

* in China Olympics 5 lakhs volunteers turned up and in India we were struggling to get few thousands.

Day 1 - 02/20

Left home around 630 morning...3 hrs prior to departure..i never trust Delhi traffic...they throw surprise....alas....taxi driver was decent enough to listen to Shaily's instruction..otherwise his morning was bad.......reached airport at 7:15....quite early...roamed around ..Delhi is cool now....you can easily spend some time there. Considering there is a smoking lounge...and i have looking for an opportunity but as an obedient husband needed to have permission..because officially i had left it..

Fag is not something i really cant live without but just the thought of not doing something which i want to do...was about to spoil my enjoyment....may be a little...anyways skipped fag at the airport and boarded flight @ 9:30....Indigo...they seem to operate effectively....landed at Mumbai airport around 11:45....we had stoppage which was agreed upon..no rush.....did some stretching in flight first time.....we were waiting for passengers from Mumbai to on board.

People started boarding...and I saw a familiar face oin that small crowd....i knew i know him...but was unable to relate to any individual....then suddenly a air hostess called Rekha Bhagat by her name....and i was too excited to realize that it was Chetan Bhagat...sitting just ahead of me....fortunaely was reading his book as well "One Night at Call Center"...reconfirmed with photo on book..and asked Air Hostess...he is Chetab Bhagat..right ??.....the answer was positive....

i believe for Delhites this seeing a celebrity is too exciting...sometimes I feel we are less privileged then mumbaikars....my excitement was at its peak..some how was holding on to my seat as flight was about to take off...after 15-20 min...we had to signal to release our safety belt...and i was on my feet.....oh.....oh...this is sleeping now...i mean chetan taking a nap..oh...didnt think of waking him up.....asked his wife...can i wake him up...the answer was no...possibly he is too tired...i understood....and went back to my seat.

Dont know if I felt so much excited ...what was during that time....stopped reading the book..walked up to his wife again..and conveyed....please tell him that one of his fan is in plane..and I would be excited to meet him.....she acknowledged and smiled...and I was back on my seat.

Ahh....he ignored me when he wake up...i realize..i was not so important and he was a celebrity..and I should have give him some space..anyways took a big stide on my ego..packed his books.and tranfered it back to bag.

Flight reached Goa...we were off loaded..I saw chetan again washroom but i ignore him this time,,,,,,,,,,,.....WELCOME TO GOA
